Refund and Dispute Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments for work that has been completed are non-refundable. If the customer believes a deliverable does not match the agreed scope of work, they can submit a dispute request to support@tactuspro.com

Cancelation Policy
Ongoing services such as marketing retainers or subscriptions can be canceled with written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Work already performed within the current billing period remains billable and non-refundable.
