Services Provided

Tactus provides digital marketing services including branding, SEO, content creation, paid advertising, website design, and related business-growth support.

Payment Terms

All invoices are due according to stated payment terms. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, deliverables, and materials produced by Tactus remain our intellectual property until paid in full. Upon full payment, rights transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate and timely information
• Supply necessary access and materials
• Not request services that violate legal or ethical advertising standards

Limitation of Liability

Tactus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No guarantee is made for specific marketing outcomes or revenue results.

Termination and Cancellation

Ongoing services can be canceled with 30-day written notice. Work already completed remains billable.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute must first be sent in writing to support@tactuspro.com. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Idaho state law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
